2 Months

It's hard to believe it, but you, sweet Mabel Evelyn are 2 months old.

Your dad and I are blessed more and more each day that we get to spend with you. I thank the Lord every day for the gift that is you and I can't wait to watch you grow into a wonderful little lady.

You have the sweetest personality. Nothing really bothers you, unless you are hungry, but once you have been fed you are super happy. I'm also pretty sure you are going to be a morning person. Every morning after I have nursed you, you just lay in bed with me and smile and giggle and talk for a good 30 minutes or so. You love life, and I am so happy to get to spend mine with you.

A little about you:

• Giggling and talking/babbling.
• Tracking and following us around the room.
• Holding your head up on your own. You've got great head control.
• Sleeping 5-6 hours at night, which is awesome!!
• Super alert and you want to sit up and see everything all the time.
• You fake cough and then laugh at yourself. It's hilarious!
• Wearing Newborn, 0-3 month and 3 month clothing. It all depends on the brand.

Favorites:

• The ceiling fan
• Getting your diaper changed.
• Eating! :)
• Being outside. 
• Your daddy. He always gets the biggest smiles. :)        

Growing so big: 10 lbs. 14 oz. and 22 3/4" long at your 2 month checkup.

It's crazy the difference just one month makes. You're growing too fast, so please stop. ;)
